At Super Fun Sport, we are committed to providing high-quality sports programs, kids activities, camps and sports products. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, returns and cancellations are handled for both activity bookings and e-commerce purchases.
1. Activity & Camp Booking Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the activity or camp start date are eligible for full refund or credit voucher.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- No refund for missed sessions, no-shows or late arrivals.
1.2 Medical or Emergency Cases
Refund or credit may be issued if:
- Valid medical certificate is provided
- Emergency situation approved by management
Refund will be processed as:
- Credit voucher (preferred)
- Partial refund (case-by-case)
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Sessions can be rescheduled once only, subject to availability.
- Reschedule requests must be made minimum 24 hours before session.
- Same-day rescheduling is not allowed.
3. Cancellation by Super Fun Sport
Super Fun Sport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:
- Weather conditions
- Low enrollment
- Safety reasons
- Venue issues
In such cases, customers will receive:
- Full refund OR
- Free transfer to another session OR
- Credit voucher
4. E-Commerce Product Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible sports products purchased from SuperFunSport.com under the following conditions:
4.1 Return Eligibility
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable items:
- Used sportswear
- Opened accessories
- Hygiene-related products
- Customized items
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video proof
- Replacement or full refund will be arranged
6. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (faster option)
Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed sessions or classes
- Attended camps
- Missed bookings
- Last-minute cancellations
- Promotional or discounted packages
8. Credit Voucher Policy
- Valid for 90 days
- Can be used for any Super Fun Sport activity or product
- Non-transferable non-cash redeemable
